The bow is craft able, but locked behind Zogre Flesh Eaters quest.
The bow itself is pretty bad and has no real use besides Chompy bird hunting mini-game and the actual quest itself so it wouldn't pose any balancing issues.

As someone who loves chompy hunting, this bow is a huge upgrade from the standard ogre bow which is insanely slow.
Would it be possible to obtain this bow before the quest is added to make the minigame more bearable for those who enjoy it and speed up the process to 4000 kills?

I'm not against this, but also, we have jungle potion and big chompy bird hunting already ingame and so zogre flesh eaters could be worked on at any time?

Not like the zogre flesh eaters quest is long or hard, but it's not in yet.
when will it be ready then if you want to be like that.

It'll be ready when a volunteer implements it

We have policies regarding adding things before their prereqs:
- We don't

It should be noted that the things that are currently in without their prereqs weren't our doing, and the playerbase was too accustomed to them for us to remove them.
